An equal amount to that of the full payment made by customer will be refunded if Dial Printer Support has not been able to take care of even a single issue within the first 15 days of the subscription and payment. If Dial Printer Support resolves one or more issues, the charges for the subscription service will not be refunded in any case. Dial Printer Support may, however, at its sole judgment and on a case to case basis, agree to the refund of subscription charges after deducting the fees for servicing the consumer and rate of paid support and any other paid software which has been given free of cost with any plan. Customer will be entitled for refund when any of the following criteria are met:
- Customers have all the pre-requisite factors which were necessary to take care of the issue and problem was not resolved till the time account was active.
- Prior to the 48 hrs after the resolution of the issue and a confirmation from the customer after the issue was last worked upon by Dial Printer Support.
- The refund will be processed only after getting a written request by the customer on the email.
- In no case, the sum of refund/claim shall surpass the amount subscribed or paid by the customer to Dial Printer Support.
In addition, customers are solely and entirely accountable for any and all activities that occur under their account. Customers agree to notify Dial Printer Support right away of any unlawful use of their account or any other violation of security. Dial Printer Support will not be responsible for any loss that may be earned as a consequence of someone else using customer’s login particulars or account, either with or without their awareness or permission. However, customers could be held accountable for losses incurred by Dial Printer Support or its affiliates or another party due to someone else using their account or login details.
